Our flower farm
Wattle Bank Patch is a seasonal micro flower farm, run by Meg and Andrew.
The farm is located in Wattle Bank, a small town on the Bass Coast, South Gippsland, Victoria, nestled between the beautiful coastal town of Inverloch and the lush rolling hills of Korumburra.
Join us as we transform our 5 acre block into a flourishing, sustainable, self-sufficient farm for the community to enjoy.
The best is yet to come...

The display garden
The Patch is our display garden, which we started building in 2024. While still in the early stages, we have big dreams for this space!
Eventually, this garden will be a sanctuary, a pick-your-own garden, and a functional area for workshops and courses.
Soon, more beds will be added, some shaded areas, workshop tables and beautiful landscaping surrounding.

The veggie patch
We grow a wide range of seasonal produce in our veggie patch, including beans, rhubarb, pumpkins, potatoes, broccoli, silverbeet, zucchini and herbs (just to name a few).

The orchard
Planted in 2024, the fruit orchard hosts a range of fruit trees from apples to stone fruit.
In the coming years, we hope to share our fruit with the community via local farmers markets.

The strawberry patch
Our strawberries have to be tasted to be believed - they are the tastiest strawberries you will ever eat.
Grown in our enormous strawberry patch, what doesn't end up in our bellies, goes into amazing jams and sauces.

The cutting garden
This is the powerhouse of the flower farm, where the real growing happens.
Watch this space in 2025 for a wider range and volume of flowers for you to bring into your homes.
Sustainable practices
We make a conscious effort to be sustainable and maintain a low carbon footprint at the Patch. We do this by:
- using solar energy to power our farm
- using rainwater tanks in both the gardens and our home
- avoiding plastics and synthetic chemicals where we can
- reusing materials as much as possible
- companion planting to encourage pollinators and other friendly bugs to keep the gardens healthy.

Home grown, not flown
All of our flowers and produce are grown on the farm, using sustainable farming practices.
We prefer to keep it local and work with other local businesses who share our vision. We also share our flowers and produce with the community via our farm gate stand and at local farmers markets.
Flowers and produce grown at the Wattle Bank Patch are cut to order, ensuring your products are the freshest they can be.
